Information received from Google APIs

We're also required by Google to perform yearly security audits.

Our auditor is TAC Security. ShuttleCloud's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Is my data secure and encrypted?

Yes.

ShuttleCloud does not save any email data such as contacts or emails. We temporarily store username, credentials, or access tokens to complete the migration. These are ciphered within different components of our infrastructure; once the migration is complete, they are deleted.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes.

We are fully compliant with GDPR. Among other rights, you can delete your data, request it, and request the list of subprocessors that ShuttleCloud uses. To delete your data email us at security@shuttlecloud.com.
